Often relied upon to support and empower others, Jenny Howard has earned respect for her knowledge and fearless advocacy. Stepping into leadership is a natural next step, and it is needed now more than ever.
A Record of Collaboration
Jenny is committed to transparency for taxpayers, support for educators, and success for every student. As an involved parent, former teacher and community advocate, she has a proven track record of asking tough questions, finding answers, and holding the district accountable. Many turn to Jenny for answers because she listens, researches, and acts.
An Eye for Detail
Jenny studies every policy and digs into the "fine print" that others often overlook. A Red Clay Board Policy Committee member since 2024, she has successfully advocated for changes that increase transparency and accountability, and she is a consistent presence at state and local education meetings.
Community Impact
Jenny understands that a school district is only as strong as the community behind it, which is why she works hard to ensure Red Clay families are truly heard and supported. She doesn't just talk about involvement; she builds the bridge. From partnering with parents to organize Red Clay’s first-ever girls’ wrestling tournament 🤼‍♀️ to advocating for safer bus stops 🚌, Jenny is already at work amplifying family voices and showing families how to use their own.
